Cameron Maybin Hitting .292 in May
6 years agoAfter a poor start to the year that saw him hitting .213 with a .293 slugging percentage, Miami Marlins outfielder Cameron Maybin has begun to heat up in May, hitting .292 with a .417 slugging percentage. Maybin hit .228 last season with 10 home runs and 33 stolen bases over 114 games, while this season he has yet to homer and only has one steal. Fantasy owners should keep an eye on Maybin over his next few games, as his career splits show that in May his batting average increases by 66 points and his OPS by over 100 points from his numbers in April.
