Cameron Johnson To Remain Out On Sunday
3 years agoPhoenix Suns forward Cameron Johnson (quad) will miss his fifth consecutive game on Sunday when the Suns square off against the Los Angeles Lakers. Johnson is dealing with a right quad contusion and it's a bit unclear when he'll be back on the court at this point. Johnson was fantastic in the last game he suited up for. Facing the New York Knicks on March 4, he scored a season-high 38 points while shooting 11-for-16 from the field, including 9-for-12 from beyond the arc. Injuries have really hit the Suns hard lately and as a result, the team has had an extremely thin bench. Expect the team's starters to play heavy minutes once again on Sunday.
