Although he has not been performing at his best this year, he has a strong track record at the 3M Open. He finished T16 in 2022, won in 2021, and missed the cut in 2019. It's important to note that over 37% of approach shots at last year's 3M Open came from 150-200 yards, and in the past 12 months, Champ ranks in the eighth percentile in proximity to the hole on approach shots from 150-200 yards in the fairway.
