Cameron Brate - Week 6 Outlook for Fantasy Football
3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cameron Brate will have another good opportunity ahead of him with Rob Gronkowski (ribs) set to miss Thursday's game against the Eagles. Brate has failed to make an impact so far this season- as he has yet to exceed the 50-yard mark. The Buccaneers have split the playing time of Brate and O.J. Howard relatively evenly sans Gronkowski, limiting the upside of both players for fantasy purposes. However, there's no denying that the matchup is a good one, considering the Eagles have allowed the eighth-most fantasy points per game to the position, along with four scores, tied for the most in the league. Brate has seen at least five targets in two games this year, making him the slightly better bet on Thursday.
