3 months agoMiami Marlins relief pitcher Calvin Faucher recorded the save in Tuesday's 9-8 win against the Colorado Rockies. Faucher came into the game and had a perfect ninth inning, allowing no baserunners and striking out the side. This marks Faucher's fourth save of the season (in five opportunities). Coming out of the Marlins' bullpen, Faucher has been used in multiple roles and has been quite effective overall. In 49 games (49 2/3 IP), he has a 3.44 ERA, a 1.45 WHIP, and 56 strikeouts.
