Caleb Huntley Could Be Dealing With Serious Injury
2 years agoAtlanta Falcons head coach Arthur Smith said that running back Caleb Huntley's ankle injury didn't look good in the Week 15 loss to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. Huntley is going for an MRI exam on Monday to determine the severity of the injury. With only three regular season games left, there's a good chance we won't see the 24-year-old running back the rest of the way for Atlanta. In the loss to the Saints, Huntley carried the ball just one time for two yards and wasn't targeted in the passing game. With both Cordarrelle Patterson and Tyler Allgeier healthy, Huntley belongs on the waiver wire in most single-season fantasy leagues. If his injury is serious enough to sideline him the rest of the way, Avery Williams would be elevated to the No. 3 role.
