The designation is nothing for fantasy managers to be alarmed by, considering he's been on the injury report since returning from a lengthy absence caused by a knee injury. Of course, anything can happen, so Cunningham could miss this one. If that's the case, Jaden Ivey will likely see an uptick in usage and interest from DFS managers.
