C.J. Stroud - Week 2 Outlook for Fantasy Football
1 year agoHouston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud was solid in his NFL debut, but is still searching for his first career passing touchdown in Week 2 at home against the Indianapolis Colts. Stroud completed 28-of-44 passes for 242 yards while also running four times for 20 yards in his first start. The rookie only put up 10.2 fantasy points in Week 1. However, there were encouraging signs from him in the season opener. He led Houston into the red zone on three different drives and currently has the 8th most passing yards in the league. Stroud has a better matchup facing the Colts in Week 2, though, he's a risky quarterback option even in Superflex formats.
