C.J. McCollum Fills Up Box Score In Win
7 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard C.J. McCollum was all over the place Tuesday, as he scored 27 points, connecting on six treys on nine of 18 shooting. McCollum added three boards, two assists, three steals and a pair of blocks, displaying his versatility as an elite fantasy asset. When he's hot, he has top-15 upside. The Lehigh product was the No. 8 ranked player in nine-category leagues the past two weeks with averages of 23.4 points, 4.3 dimes, 3.0 treys and 1.7 steals on 51 percent shooting. There's no doubt that McCollum and teammate Damian Lillard will continue to fill it up for the Blazers, as they will want to move up the standings to avoid facing the Warriors or the Rockets. You should feel sick for picking Mike Conley (Achilles) over McCollum on draft day.
