C.J. Cron Ties Career High In Homers
6 years agoTampa Bay Rays first baseman C.J. Cron hit his 16th home run of the season Tuesday versus the Astros. This tied his career high, which he set and tied each of the last three seasons. The HR opened the scoring up in the game. He also leads the team with 37 RBI. He is currently batting .237, which has severely dropped as the season has gone on. Also worth noting is that he accumulated most of his 2017 stats and fantasy value in the second half of last season. He is not a shallow league standout, but he definitely has value in deeper leagues.
