Byeong Hun An Is A Borderline Must-Play At The Memorial
6 months agoThings are starting to come together for Byeong Hun An as he makes a ninth career start at this famed event hosted by the Golden Bear, Jack Nicklaus. He has been feast or famine over his time at Muirfield Village, having never finished outside the top 25 when making the cut. Simply put, when An is in good form, he has performed well here. He is coming off a disappointing T43 finish at the PGA Championship where he never seemed to get any putts to fall, but the two events prior were narrow misses from the South Korean to get his first career win. Over the last 12 rounds played, Benny An ranks 6th in strokes gained putting (+11.36) and 15th in strokes gained off the tee (+6.31) in this week's field. At $10,100, he has a tremendous amount of upside to lean into as a DFS commodity.
