6 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals closer Bud Norris picked up his 12th save of the season on Thursday with a perfect ninth inning against the Marlins. Norris nailed down a 4-1 win for the Cardinals with a 1-2-3 inning that included a ground out, a fly out, and a strike out. He lowered his ERA to 2.96 and despite not even starting the season with a solidified role, he's become one of the more dependable closers in the National League.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
