5 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers placed tight end Antony Auclair (toe) on the Injured Reserve on Tuesday after he was injured in the Week 9 overtime loss to the Seahawks. The Bucs signed linebacker Sam Acho in a corresponding move. Mainly a blocker, Auclair had his first catch of the season last Sunday and wasn't on the fantasy radar. But both he and Tanner Hudson played notable snaps over Cameron Brate in Week 9 with O.J. Howard (hamstring) missing his second straight game. Howard is expected to return this weekend against the Cardinals, but until Tampa starts utilizing their pass-catching tight ends seriously, it's hard to trust them as anything more than desperation TE2s.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
