Bucs Defense Stymies Falcons Offense, Records Five Sacks In Win
2 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers' defense/special teams allowed 261 total yards of offense in Sunday's 21-15 win over the Atlanta Falcons. Tampa Bay was able to put pressure on Falcons quarterback Marcus Mariota and sacked him five times in Sunday's victory. Antoine Winfield Jr., Logan Hall, Deadrin Senat, Joe Tryon-Shoyinka, and Vita Vea logged a sack. The Bucs' defense has been stingy with opposing offenses this season, allowing 15 points or less in four of the last five games. Tampa Bay remains an elite option against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 6.
