Buccaneers Get Positive Update On Jamel Dean
1 year agoTampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Jamel Dean (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the Week 11 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. The team initially feared it could be a major injury, but according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, he is considered week-to-week. He could miss a few games, but his aliment is not considered to be long-term. The 2019 third-round pick has accumulated 44 passes defended and seven interceptions through 66 games with the organization. Second-year cornerback Zyon McCollum will likely see additional snaps in his absence.
