After Bubba Wallace exited last Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series race at the Circuit of the Americas, he was critical of himself, calling the incident on Lap 10 a "rookie mistake." Wallace even went so far as to suggest that he needed to be replaced. However, after a week of reflection and support from his 23XI team, he is ready to get back behind the wheel and make the necessary improvements. He was quoted as saying, "I gotta work hard, I gotta be a better person." Sunday's race at COTA was Wallace's third race that he failed to finish this season. He is focusing on Richmond and looking to replicate his results in Las Vegas, when he finished fourth. It will be an uphill battle for Wallace on Sunday as he starts the race from the 28th position.--Eric DeWildeRead More News
