Bryse Wilson Placed On 10-Day Injured List
3 years agoThe Pittsburgh Pirates placed starting pitcher Bryse Wilson (hamstring) on the 10-day injured list on Sunday due to a left hamstring strain. The team recalled pitcher Max Kranick from Triple-A in a corresponding move and he went on to start Sunday's game against the Miami Marlins. Wilson was acquired by the Pirates from the Atlanta Braves prior to the trade deadline. Over eight starts with the Pirates, he has gone 1-4 with a 4.91 ERA and a 1.24 WHIP. He'll have a chance to make one more start this year if he only needs the minimum amount of time on the injured list.
