Bryce Young Building Chemistry With D.J. Chark
1 year agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Chark has reportedly been one of quarterback Bryce Young's favorite targets at training camp, specifically in the deep passing game. "(Chark has) earned the trust of Bryce," Wide receiver coach Shawn Jefferson said. "Any time Bryce sees him out there one-on-one, Bryce is gonna take a chance. He's earned that right from Bryce." Chark has struggled to stay healthy during his five-year career with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Detroit Lions, but he's never had a shortage of speed and deep ball ability. The 26-year-old ranked fifth in the league with 16.7 yards per reception last season. If Young quickly becomes an above-average deep ball passer, Chark could be fruitful fantasy football selection, especially in best ball formats.
