Bryce Harper Returns On Thursday For Phillies
4 months agoAfter missing Wednesday's showdown against the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers with a bruised left hand, Philadelphia Phillies All-Star first baseman Bryce Harper (hand) is back at first base and batting third against Dodgers left-hander Anthony Banda as the Phils go for the three-game sweep. Not only has Harper been one of the most consistent sluggers in baseball yet again in 2024, but he's batting .500 with a 2.100 OPS in four career at-bats against Banda with a homer and two RBI. Get him back into all starting fantasy lineups. The 31-year-old two-time MVP was hitless in four at-bats in his first game off the injured list on Tuesday but he's slashing a strong .299/.394/.574 with a .968 OPS, 20 home runs, 58 RBI, four stolen bases and 52 runs scored in 340 plate appearances over 77 games in 2024.
