Bryan Woo Feeling Good, Next Start Likely To Be For Mariners
5 months agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Bryan Woo (hamstring) threw 45 pitches for High-A Everett on Saturday. Woo came away from the outing feeling good after allowing two earned runs in 2 2/3 innings with a hit, two walks, and two strikeouts. The next start for the rehabbing right-hander is likely to be with the Mariners in Anaheim later this week. In eight starts for the Mariners this season, Woo is 3-1 with a 1.77 ERA and 0.69 WHIP. He is an elite pitcher when healthy but the trouble has been staying on the mound and putting together a consistent string of starts.
