Brusdar Graterol Won't Throw For Another Month
50 seconds agoLos Angeles Dodgers right-handed reliever Brusdar Graterol (shoulder) will not begin his throwing program for around another month, but he has vowed that he will pitch in 2025. Graterol also said he feels that he has "a new arm" this spring after having shoulder surgery last November to have his labrum and a ligament repaired. "Thank God it was not rotator cuff," Graterol said. Because the 26-year-old might not make his season debut until the second half, he can be avoided in fantasy, especially after the Dodgers upgraded their bullpen this offseason with the signings of closer candidates Tanner Scott and Kirby Yates. The Venezuelan hurler only made 10 relief appearances in the regular season and playoffs last year for the Blue because of his shoulder issues. In seven outings in the regular season, he allowed two earned runs while striking out seven and walking two.
