Browns Defense Quiet In Week 5 Loss
2 years agoThe Cleveland Browns defense struggled in a 30-28 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 5. Cleveland failed to force a turnover while picking up just one sack in the loss on Sunday. The Browns got their lone sack from linebacker Jacob Phillips in the contest, but they were shredded for 173 rushing yards by Austin Ekeler. On the bright side, both Myles Garrett and Jadeveon Clowney were able to play after missing last week with injury and appeared to emerge from Week 5 unharmed. Cleveland will look to bounce back in a Week 6 home matchup against the New England Patriots.
