Broncos Defense Remains a Top-10 Option in Week 2
6 years agoThe Denver Broncos will face an Oakland Raiders team in Week 2 which has an offensive line far superior to that of Seattle's, which conceded six sacks to Von Miller and company on Sunday. Don't let that scare you away from this Broncos defense/special teams unit. Raiders guard Gabe Jackson has been limited in practice, but even if he suits up, the Broncos shouldn't have much trouble making Raiders quarterback Derek Carr uncomfortable all afternoon given their talent on the defensive side of the ball. Carr currently finds himself tied for second among the league's interception leaders with three. Oakland's offense managed just 13 points on Monday night (sixth fewest of the week), and the Broncos are six-point favorites at home. All of which suggests you should roll out Denver's DST with confidence.
