Brock Purdy Tosses Two Touchdowns In Washington
11 months agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy took care of business in Sunday's 27-10 victory over the Commanders in Landover. Less than a week after throwing four interceptions to Baltimore, Purdy rebounded by completing 22 of 28 attempts for 230 yards and two touchdowns. In the fourth quarter, the second-year pro surpassed Jeff Garcia as the all-time single-season passing yardage leader. Purdy will bring his 4,280 yards into Week 18 against the Los Angeles Rams. However, San Francisco will likely choose to start backup Sam Darnold in that one since they locked up the No. 1 playoff seed with the win and Sunday's Philadelphia Eagles loss to Arizona.
