Brian Thomas Jr. A WR3 With Upside Against Bills
2 months agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. is a solid flex play on Monday night against the Buffalo Bills. The rookie receiver leads the team in receiving yards so far on a whopping 23.5 yards per catch, showing why he was a first round pick. His big-play ability is his greatest strength, a great skill for fantasy managers to look for in their flex receivers. Against the Cleveland Browns in Week 2, he led the team with 94 yards on just two receptions. He only has six catches so far, but that is tied for the team lead with Gabe Davis. The LSU product is more of a long-term asset than a short-term asset given his expected improvement as a rookie and the Jaguars early struggles on offense, but he's still a decent option to put into lineups in the short-term. The Bills aren't an amazing matchup but shoot for upside and start BTJ in Week 3.
