Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Brian Elliott had one of his better outings of the season on Thursday, allowing just two goals on the road to the Bruins, but he still ended up on the losing side. The Flyers outshot the home side 26-24, but got nothing past Jaroslav Halak and had to settle for a 3-0 loss. Elliott finished with 22 stops and a .917 save percentage, with his record for the season dropping to 2-5-0. The experienced netminder has improved lately, but his goals-against average of 3.39 is still an ugly sight and his .886 save percentage isn't better either. He has cemented a place among the league's most unreliable starters.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
