Brian Anderson Brings In Three Runs Against Padres
5 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder Brian Anderson looked good on Tuesday during the victory over the San Diego Padres. The 26-year-old knocked a 440-foot, three-run homer in the first inning off of starter Logan Allen to bring in both Harold Ramirez and Garrett Cooper. The clean-up man has looked relatively decent as of late, accruing three RBI and two home runs throughout the last seven days. However, with only a .248 batting average to go along with 79 strikeouts this season, he lacks any long-term fantasy appeal and should remain a free agent unless you are desperate to fill a spot on your roster.
