Breshad Perriman Shows Well In Preseason Matchup
6 years agoAfter struggling with drops early on in camp, Baltimore Ravens third-year wide receiver Breshad Perriman hauled in three receptions for 71 yards and a touchdown on Thursday night. Perriman's career has been plagued by knee injuries in both his rookie and sophomore seasons, and while he enters his third season on the roster bubble, he certainly gained some confidence with Thursday night's performance. It will be an uphill battle to make the roster with the Ravens offseason additions of Michael Crabtree, John Brown and Willie Snead, but if Perriman can flash some of what he's shown when healthy, he's a candidate to carve out a role in an offense in need of weapons on the outside.
