2 years agoNew York Jets rookie running back Breece Hall got five carries in Friday's preseason game, gaining 15 yards. Hall was listed third on the Jets running back depth chart, and played behind starter Michael Carter. Carter and Hall both worked with the first team offense before quarterback Zach Wilson left with a knee injury. Opening preseason play behind Carter isn't the best sign for Hall's rookie season usage, but the first preseason game also shouldn't be looked into too deeply.
