Brayan Bello Picks Up Quality Start Monday
1 year agoBoston Red Sox right-hander Brayan Bello allowed three runs on six hits over six innings in a 4-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Rays on Monday. He struck out five and walked one on 100 pitches in the outing. Despite the quality start, Bello was credited with the loss. The young hurler has been solid for the Red Sox in 2023, notching a 3-4 record, 3.97 ERA, 1.43 WHIP, and 46 strikeouts over 45 1/3 innings of work. Bello will be back on the mound against the New York Yankees on Saturday.
