5 years agoThe Atlanta Braves are not among the finalists for free-agent closer Craig Kimbrel, according to a source. As of right now, the Cubs and Twins appear to be the favorites to land him. Kimbrel is reportedly still seeking a multi-year deal, so the price may be too high for the Braves to stomach. They could really use him, however, as Luke Jackson has been their best option in the ninth inning this year and he's already blown four save chances. Kimbrel is owned in 78 percent of Yahoo leagues at the moment. That number should be closer to 100 percent now that it's likely he'll sign soon.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
