Brandt Clarke Scores First Career NHL Goal In Victory
9 months agoLos Angeles Kings defenseman Brandt Clarke scored his first career NHL goal in Saturday's 5-4 overtime victory against the Bruins. The young defenseman got a breakaway after exiting the penalty box and scored with 27 seconds left in the extra frame to complete the comeback victory for the Kings, who scored the equalizing goal with under two minutes remaining in the third period. The 21-year-old has totaled eight goals and 33 points through 32 games with the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League and the former eighth overall pick of the 2021 NHL Draft is worth rostering in dynasty leagues.
