11 months agoLos Angeles Kings top defense prospect Brandt Clarke was called up from AHL Ontario on Wednesday. Clarke played nine games for the Kings last season, putting up two assists in a limited role. What role the number eight overall pick in the 2021 NHL draft has this time remains to be seen, but after putting up 32 points (seven goals, 25 assists) in 30 games in the AHL, he could be given a shot at some powerplay time. He doesn't need to be rostered in redraft leagues right now, but he should be owned in all dynasty leagues as he figures to be a big part of the Kings' future.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
