Brandon Woodruff Activated Ahead Of Tuesday's Start
2 years agoThe Milwaukee Brewers have activated right-hander Brandon Woodruff (ankle, fingers) from the 15-day injured list. He will be the team's starting pitcher for Tuesday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays. Woodruff missed nearly a month due to a pair of injuries. He first sustained an ankle sprain, then had his stint on the injured list extended due to complications caused by Raynaud's syndrome. The 29-year-old will be looking to get back on track after a rough first few months of the 2022 season. Over nine starts this year, he's gone 5-3 with a 4.74 ERA and a 1.24 WHIP.
