Brandon Royval Trying To Prevent A Losing Skid
3 years agoFlyweights will take to the stage to open 2022 when Brandon Royval (12-6) looks to avoid a three-fight losing streak as he battles Rogerio Bontorin on Saturday. Starting his UFC career in 2020 with two straight submission victories, Royval has not been as happy with his last two bouts that have ended with finishing losses. A finishing-style fighter, 11 of his 12 career wins have come by the finish, with eight coming via submission. DraftKings sees Raw Dawg turning it around as the big favorite with a salary of $8,800. Throughout his four UFC bouts, Royval averages 56.1 fantasy points per contest. When he wins, he's averaging around 100 points per contest. Bontorin is 3-2 in the UFC and will make it difficult to roster Royval at such a high price tag. It his price tag drops, he's worth a consideration.
