2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Brandon Marsh will slot back into the Phillies lineup for Game 3 of the NLCS against the San Diego Padres on Friday. Marsh has formed a platoon with Matt Vierling this postseason, with Marsh handling right-handed pitching. He's done the job adequately out of the nine spot, batting .250 with an .896 OPS, including a homer and four RBI. On top of his decent hitting, his stellar defense has been vital to a Phillies lineup that doesn't do much in terms of taking base hits away. He should continue as the strong side of this platoon through the playoffs.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
