3 years agoTampa Bay Rays infielder Brandon Lowe went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 2-0 win over the Blue Jays. He hammered a solo shot in the right-field seats to extend the Rays lead 2-0. It was his 34th long ball of the season. The 27-year-old has been on fire in September, hitting .313 (10-for-32) with three home runs and seven RBI over 10 games during the month. Low remains a strong option and is wielding a hot bat during the fantasy baseball playoffs. Overall, Lowe is slashing .238/.338/.507 with 34 home runs, 85 RBI, 87 runs scored, and six stolen bases over 551 plate appearances in 2021.
