7 years agoWashington Nationals reliever Brandon Kintzler gave up the go-ahead run to the visiting Mets in the 12th inning on Sunday. It was the second day in a row that Kintzler would a take the loss and the third game in a row that he gave up at least a run. Over three games this past weekend, Kintzler gave up seven earned runs on six hits in three innings. This weekend marked the first time that the reliever trio of Kintzler, Ryan Madson and Sean Doolittle were deployed and the Nationals lost. Kintzler is third in the pecking order, but if nights like this weekend continue, he'll lose what little fantasy value remains for him.--Mario Hernandez - RotoBaller
