Brandon Drury Playing Rehab Game This Week
7 years agoNew York Yankees infielder Brandon Drury (migraines) could be returning soon, as he’s set to begin a rehab assignment with the Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders on Wednesday. The 25-year-old has been out for over two weeks after exiting a game with migraines. Afterwards, he revealed his lengthy battle with blurred vision, a scary admission that had the Yankees sending him to different specialists. As he inches closer to a return, however, Drury might very well be out of a starting job in the Bronx. That’s because third baseman Miguel Andujar, who was called up to replace the injured Drury, has been sensational as of late, making it almost impossible to bench him.
