Brandon Drury Drives In Two As Yankees Win Again
7 years agoOn a night where the power bats of Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton and Gary Sanchez went silent, the bottom of the New York Yankees’ lineup propelled a victory. At the center of the show was third baseman Brandon Drury, who drove in two runs from the eight spot en route to a 4-2 victory. The 25-year-old drove in the game’s opening run in the second with an RBI double. After the Blue Jays tied things up, Drury’s RBI single in the fourth gave the Yankees back the lead and they held on for good. It took only two games for Drury to have his first significant game with the Yankees, a good sign for him and the fantasy owners who feature him on their squads.
