Brandon Drury Drills Three-Run Shot In Win
6 years agoToronto Blue Jays second baseman Brandon Drury blasted a three-run home run in the bottom of the 11th inning during a 5-4 win over the Oakland Athletics on Sunday afternoon. Drury also picked up a single in the ninth inning. The 26-year-old has destroyed the Athletics during the past week, going 12-for-24 with four HRs and eight RBI in six games. It seems like nothing more than a hot streak, as Drury still has a dismal .219 average on the season. He is solely worthy of ownership in AL-only formats.
