1 year agoToronto Blue Jays first baseman Brandon Belt (hamstring) was forced to exit early during Saturday's game against the Minnesota Twins. The left-handed slugger was pulled out of the contest due to left hamstring tightness. Manager John Schneider mentioned that Belt will undergo additional testing to determine the severity of his injury. Honestly, hamstring issues can be tricky, so it wouldn't be shocking to see Belt land on the injured list.
