Brandin Cooks Posts 65 Receiving Yards, Returns After Injury
4 years agoHouston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks hauled in five of eight targets for 65 receiving yards in a losing effort against Indianapolis. Cooks finished second in targets to teammate Keke Coutee in what turned out to be a solid, yet scary, day for his fantasy managers. Cooks left the game at one point to be evaluated for a concussion, an injury that has plagued him in his career. Fortunately, the former Ram was cleared to return, which is excellent news for the Texans' offense. Cooks will get a tough matchup next week against Chicago, though he'll remain in the WR2 conversation thanks to the volume he should continue to see.
