Houston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks was bottled up by the Colts in Week 13. Cooks had three receptions on six targets for 38 yards. The Texans were shut out by the Colts, and that should give you an idea of the talent on this offense. Cooks is a talented wide receiver who sees a solid workload, but the quarterback play and offensive floor are horrendous. In Week 14, Cooks gets a solid matchup versus the Seahawks, where he'll have value as a WR3/flex.--Jacob Taylor
