Brady Singer Earns Fourth Win In Quality Start
6 hours agoCincinnati Reds starting pitcher Brady Singer (4-0) was stellar on Wednesday, tossing six innings of two-run ball in a 5-2 win over the Miami Marlins. Singer allowed four hits, walked none, and struck out eight, picking up his fourth win of the season. Overall, he now owns a 3.62 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, and 32 strikeouts in 27 ⅓ IP. Although it was a good outing, it should be noted that the Marlins have already made many pitchers look like studs this season. The 28-year-old is a solid option in fantasy leagues and should be rostered, but isn't a must-start and should be a matchup-dependent play in standard-sized leagues. Singer will look to improve to (5-0) in his next scheduled start on Tuesday, at home against the St. Louis Cardinals.
