Bradley Beal Quiet Again On Tuesday
7 years agoWashington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal took a back seat on Tuesday in a big win over the San Antonio Spurs. The Wizards were up big early and Beal focused more on getting teammates involved, finishing with a team-high six assists. Beal also put up seven points on 3-for-8 shooting with three rebounds, one steal, one block and one three-pointer in 28 minutes. Beal's stat line was subject to the nature of the game, but he should return to the nightly 20-point threat we have come to known. The Wizards face the Detroit Pistons on Thursday, but keep an eye on John Wall's (knee) status. Wall is nearing a return and would take away a big amount of usage and distribution from Beal, lowering his value a little.

Bradley Beal Sidelined On Monday
1 week agoPhoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (hamstring) will not suit up for Monday's contest against the Toronto Raptors. He has been ruled out due to a left hamstring strain Beal suffered in Sunday's loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. Phoenix will also be without Grayson Allen (foot) against the Raptors, so Tyus Jones and Collin Gillespie should get more run-outs in the backcourt. As a proven veteran in the league, Jones is the superior fantasy option, even though he has experienced a rocky season in Phoenix.

Bradley Beal Ready To Go For Wednesday
2 weeks agoPhoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (calf) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Wednesday's game against the Houston Rockets. Beal is set to return to action after sitting out their last game due to a calf injury. There is no word on Beal being limited, so fantasy managers should expect the star guard to have his normal role in the rotation. Tyus Jones will head back to the bench and will lose streaming value with Beal back in the mix. Fantasy managers can go ahead and get Beal back in their lineups ahead of Wednesday's game.

Bradley Beal Sidelined On Monday
2 weeks agoPhoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (calf) is unavailable for Monday's matchup with the Memphis Grizzlies. Beal collected 19 points, six assists and three rebounds in 29 minutes of work in Sunday's win versus Dallas. However, the 31-year-old will be out of action for the second leg of a back-to-back set. He's had issues with soreness in his left calf throughout this season. With Beal on the shelf, Grayson Allen, Tyus Jones, and Royce O'Neale will see an uptick in scoring opportunities and fantasy value for this evening's contest.

Bradley Beal Tagged As Questionable For Friday
3 weeks agoPhoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (calf) is listed as questionable ahead of Friday's game against the Denver Nuggets. He was only able to get through 14 minutes of action on Tuesday before he re-aggravated his calf injury. Beal was able to practice on Thursday without any issues, which is a good sign heading into Friday's contest. If he sits, Tyus Jones figures to get the starting nod, which would make him a more appealing fantasy option. Jones finished with 15 points and 12 assists during a game against the New Orleans Pelicans last week. He'd be worth a look as a streaming option if Beal is unable to play.
