5 years agoWashington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal struggled with his shot Sunday, converting eight of his 18 attempts and just two of his six from downtown for 20 points. Off nights happen to even the brightest of stars, and Beal is no exception, having experienced a similar outing a little more than two weeks ago against Cleveland. This game marks the end of a five-game 30-point streak for Beal, two of which saw the All-Star guard top 40. Despite the obvious bounce-back potential, the challenge in front of Beal doesn't get any easier as the Wizards head to Denver to face off against the league's second-best defense in the second game of their west coast trip.--Daniel Lubofsky - RotoBaller

2 weeks agoPhoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (hamstring) may rejoin the action on Tuesday against the Milwaukee Bucks, as the team has listed him as questionable on the injury report. The three-time All-Star has been unavailable for seven games due to a hamstring strain. Beal has started working on five-on-five drills in practice, which suggests his return is near. The Suns could certainly use some help, as the team's postseason hopes are fading away, and Kevin Durant (ankle) has been ruled out for at least a week. Beal may have a larger role on offense due to Durant's absence. If he isn't ready to return on Tuesday, Collin Gillespie will continue to have extra fantasy value.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

4 weeks agoPhoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (hamstring) will be unavailable for at least one week. The former All-Star sat out Monday's contest against the Toronto Raptors due to a left hamstring injury, and Suns head coach Mike Budenholzer noted that Beal will be re-evaluated in one week. With Beal sidelined, Collin Gillespie received the starting nod for the first time in his NBA career. However, he was not very impactful in the game, finishing a blowout victory with three points, two rebounds, and two assists in 16 minutes. Tyus Jones probably has the most to gain from Beal's absence, considering he rolled with the starters for the first few months of the season before Beal bumped him to the bench.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

4 weeks agoPhoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (hamstring) will not suit up for Monday's contest against the Toronto Raptors. He has been ruled out due to a left hamstring strain Beal suffered in Sunday's loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. Phoenix will also be without Grayson Allen (foot) against the Raptors, so Tyus Jones and Collin Gillespie should get more run-outs in the backcourt. As a proven veteran in the league, Jones is the superior fantasy option, even though he has experienced a rocky season in Phoenix.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

1 month agoPhoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (calf) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Wednesday's game against the Houston Rockets. Beal is set to return to action after sitting out their last game due to a calf injury. There is no word on Beal being limited, so fantasy managers should expect the star guard to have his normal role in the rotation. Tyus Jones will head back to the bench and will lose streaming value with Beal back in the mix. Fantasy managers can go ahead and get Beal back in their lineups ahead of Wednesday's game.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
