6 years agoWashington Capitals goaltender Braden Holtby recorded a season-high 41 saves on Wednesday to help the team beat the Pittsburgh Penguins 2-1. Sidney Crosby beat him on a power play in the opening frame, but he stood on his head for the rest of the game. Holtby started the year with a 25-save shutout against Boston, but it hasn't been pretty for him so far, as he carries a 3.37 goals-against average for the season with a .899 save percentage.
