Brad Peacock Expected To Start Monday
5 years agoHouston Astros starting pitcher Brad Peacock (shoulder) rejoined the team after throwing two innings in a rehab start for Double-A Corpus Christi on Wednesday and is expected to return from the injured list to start against the Angels on Monday. Peacock tossed two hitless innings while walking one and striking out four and will be worth using immediately in the fine matchup against the Halos. Peacock has a decent 4.13 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 89 strikeouts in 85 innings (15 starts, two relief outings) and is always a good bet to pick up a win on a good Astros team. He should be owned in most leagues.
