Brad Keselowski Avoids Chaos To Place 13th
6 months agoRFK Racing driver Brad Keselowski obtained a hard-fought finish of 13th in this week's Toyota / Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway. Keselowski started 35th at the beginning of the first stage and struggled through traffic. After multiple pit stops to make adjustments, Keselowski's team improved his car as he progressed to 26th at the end of the first stage. In the second stage, Keselowski avoided multiple wrecks and stayed off of pit road. With other drivers pitting, he gathered stage points by remaining sixth at the end of stage two. Keselowski had his final pit stop on lap 61 during the final stage of the race, setting him far back in the field. The No. 6 Ford driver spent the rest of the sage maneuvering through the pack and finished the race in 13th. This result was Keselowski's first top-15 result at Sonoma since 2022, and it also ended his streak of three consecutive podium finishes. With the Cup Series next visiting Iowa Speedway for the first time, Keselowski is one of the top drivers to consider as a three-time winner at the site in the Xfinity Series.
